The jury did not fall short of accolades in awarding these artists the prize in the discipline of film: ‘bridge-builders’, ‘storytellers’, ‘innovative’, ‘inspiring’, ‘surprising’. Each one of these could be said of any of their film installations, including the two interactive works in the Rabo Art Collection: Non Speaking Terms and Imagine Being There. Both films put humanity at centre stage, against the backdrop of fleeting encounters and connections playing off each other. To commemorate this prize, the Stedelijk Museum ’s-Hertogenbosch is now presenting the exhibition Between You and Me. This exhibit will include Imagine Being There, on loan from the Rabo Art Collection.
