H x B x D 2005
HxBxD was the title of the exhibition about the Rabo Art Collection that was held at the Gemeentemuseum Den Haag, the GEM and The Hague Museum of Photography from 26 February through 8 May 2005. These three museums situated at the same location in The Hague consequently worked in concert to showcase the work of contemporary Dutch artists.
The exhibition attracted nearly 45,000 visitors.
Works from the Rabobank Nederland corporate collection and the collections of a number of local member Rabobanks were brought together for the first time for this exhibition. Some two hundred works of art from successive generations of artists from 1950 to the present were on view.
The exhibition presented an enthralling overview of modern Dutch painting, drawing, sculpture, installations, photography and film. HxBxD was made possible by a partnership between the three museums and Rabobank Nederland.
